Henley is small, old and almost entirely designated in its centre, and it sits in the Chilterns with steep wooded valleys on either side of the river. Both of those things matter.
Much of our work here is on the larger properties in the surrounding villages and up the valleys, where plots are generous, outbuildings are common and a ground-mounted array is sometimes a better answer than the house roof.
