Surveys and installations are carried out within these hours. Messages left outside them are picked up on the next working day. If you believe an installation is unsafe, or water is entering the property, isolate the system if it is safe to do so and telephone rather than waiting for a reply to an email.
If a survey during working hours is difficult, say so in your enquiry. We can usually work around it, and it is better dealt with at the enquiry stage than after a date has been set. Our process page explains what a survey involves and how long to allow.
Which route to use
A new enquiry or a quotation
Use the form on this page or the detailed form on the quote page, which asks the questions we would otherwise have to ring you about. Either way we come back to arrange the next step.
A fault on a system we installed
Call, and have the installation address and any error code on the inverter or app to hand. Where monitoring is connected we will often look at the data before arranging a visit.
A fault on a system somebody else installed
We repair, service and diagnose installations we did not carry out. Tell us what you know about the system and roughly when it was fitted.
A complaint
Raise it directly with us first, in writing where you can, so there is a record of what was said. Our complaints procedure sets out the stages, the timescales and where to escalate.
A data protection request
Requests to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, are handled under the procedure in our privacy policy.
A problem with this website
